摘　　要：建筑行业是我国经济发展的支柱产业,不同方式的建筑设计就是建筑行业的灵魂。改革开放以来,中国建筑业的发展愈加迅速,我国的经济发展和民生的生活条件都得到了极大的改善。21世纪建筑设计的推动和发展是我国建筑业产型升级的关键核心,也是我国建筑业实现资源高效利用、环境友好及与科技融合的垫脚石。装配式建筑在新型建筑产业中发挥着中流砥柱的作用。相比传统工业的施工方法,有着环保节能效率高等优势。The construction industry is the pillar industry of China's economic development,different ways of architectural design is the soul of the construction industry.Since the reform and opening up,the development of China's construction industry is more and more rapid,and the economic development and living conditions of people's livelihood have been greatly improved.The promotion and development of architectural design in the 21st century is the key core of the upgrading of China's construction industry.It is also the stepping stone for China's construction industry to realize efficient utilization of resources,environmental friendliness and integration with science and technology.Prefabricated building,also known as industrial building,is a new type of building system.Compared with the traditional industrial construction method,it has the advantages of environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency.
