摘 要:以156种煤样为对象,分析了煤灰化学组成与变形温度(t D)和软化温度(t S)的关系,进而研究了煤灰中SiO 2-Al 2O 3型矿物质量分数与煤灰t D和t S的关系,提出用SiO 2-Al 2O 3型矿物质量分数预测t D和t S的新方法,并与常用的从化学组成线性预测方法进行比较。结果表明:SiO 2,Al 2O 3,Fe 2O 3,CaO,MgO中只有Al 2O 3的质量分数与t D和t S具有一定线性相关性,且相关性系数均小于0.13,而SiO 2-Al 2O 3型矿物中高岭石(Al 2O 3·2SiO 2·2H 2O)、硅线石(Al 2O 3·SiO 2)和莫来石(3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2)的质量分数与t D和t S的线性关系比较显著,相关性系数均大于0.50;以莫来石(3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2)为目标矿物,对其他化学组分合理分组,拟合得到t D和t S的预测式,对27种典型煤样的软化温度进行预测,80%的预测值误差小于5.00%,随着温度升高,预测值的误差减小,尤其在温度高于1325℃时,误差多在0.02%~1.99%之间。因此,与化学组成相比,SiO 2-Al 2O 3型矿物质量分数与t D和t S具有更好的线性相关性,也更贴近氧化物的赋存状态,新预测方法误差更小。In order to explore a simple and accurate method for predicting the coal ash fusion temperature,156 coal samples were prepared and the relationship between the coal ash chemical composition and deformation temperature(t D)/softening temperature(t S)was analyzed.And then the relationship between the mass fraction of SiO 2-Al 2O 3 mineral and t D/t S was further studied,based on which a new method for predicting t D and t S by using the mass fraction of SiO 2-Al 2O 3 mineral was proposed.The results show that among SiO 2,Al 2O 3,Fe 2O 3,CaO,and MgO,only the mass fraction of Al 2O 3 had a linear correlation with t D/t S,with the correlation coefficient less than 0.13.By contrast,the mass fraction of SiO 2-Al 2O 3 minerals(Al 2O 3·2SiO 2·2H 2O,Al 2O 3·SiO 2,and 3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2)have a significant linear relationship with t D/t S,with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.50.Taking mullets(3Al 2O 3·2SiO 2)as the target mineral and grouping other chemical components reasonably,a new correlation is fitted and it is more accurate than the commonly used linear correlation.When the new fitting method is applied to 27 coal samples,80%of the predictive values(t S)fell within the prediction accuracy with a mean error lower than 5.00%.Specifically,the error rang from 0.02%to 1.99%when the temperature ranged from 1350℃to 1500℃.Therefore,compare with chemical composition,the mass fraction of SiO 2-Al 2O 3 minerals have a better linear correlation with t D/t S,and is closer to the occurrence state of oxides.
