摘　　要：在医院药房发药时的用药交待是确保药物治疗效果的重要环节,但是多数医疗机构的门诊药房并不能实现完善的用药交待。本文对口服中药汤剂用药交待的标准化模式进行探讨,以期完善中药用药交待,确保患者用药安全。Medication guide is an important link to ensure the effect of drug treatment in hospital pharmacy.However,the outpatient pharmacy in most medical institutions could not provide efficient medication guide.This paper discusses the standardized mode of medication guide for oral Chinese medicine decoction,expecting to improve the medication guide of traditional Chinese medicine and ensure the safety of patients.
