中国花生产业集聚水平和比较优势分析

摘　　要：中国花生种植面积和产量连续多年位居全球前列,花生产业发展迅速,分析中国花生主产区的集聚水平和比较优势,对推动我国花生产业稳定发展具有重要意义。基于2004—2018年中国花生主产区种植数据,引入区位商、集中系数和比较优势指数定量测算中国花生主产区的集聚水平和比较优势,探究中国花生产业发展态势及变化情况,并提出政策建议。结果表明:我国花生主产区集聚水平整体变化幅度不明显,主产区之间专业化和集中化程度存在明显差异,多数主产区保持稳定发展,部分主产区出现明显的下降或提高趋势,如吉林、河南提高迅速,福建则出现明显的下降;各花生主产区之间比较优势差异明显,除河南和福建兼具生产效率优势和规模优势,湖南无明显优势外,其余主产区表现为单一比较优势。Both peanut planting area and output of China rank the top in the world for consecutive years,and the peanut industry is developing rapidly.It is of great significance to promote the steady development of China's peanut industry by analyzing the agglomeration level and comparative advantages of China's main peanut producing areas.Based on the data of the main peanut producing areas in China from 2004 to 2018,the location quotient,concentration coefficient and comparative advantages index are introduced to quantitatively measure the agglomeration level and comparative advantages of China's main peanut producing areas.This paper explores the development trend and changes of the industry,and puts forward policy suggestions.The results show that the overall change in the agglomeration level of China's main peanut producing areas is not obvious,and there are significant differences in the degree of specialization and centralization among the main producing areas.Most of these areas maintain stable development,while some show significant declines or increases,such as rapid increase in Jilin and Henan,and a marked downward trend in Fujian.There are obvious differences in comparative advantages among the main peanut producing areas.Main peanut producing areas in Henan and Fujian Province have both advantages in production efficiency and scale,and has no obvious advantages in Hunan Province.Except these,the other main producing areas show a single comparative advantage.
