摘 要:本文介绍了直升机驾驶舱及乘员舱内的噪声状况,噪声频谱复杂且分布较广、噪声分贝数突出;吸声蜂窝结构材料吸声原理、国内外发展趋势及在航空产业上的应用状况。吸声蜂窝材料由一定厚度的蜂窝芯材与上下两层面板组成,上面板为穿孔板,后背板为刚性背板。蜂窝与后背板形成一个赫姆霍兹共振腔,声波进入蜂窝芯格后,声波引发结构发生共振,致使声能衰减;同时还有部分声波与受扰动的空气气流在空腔中反复运动和摩擦导致声能变成热能而消散掉,起到降噪的作用。最后展望了吸声蜂窝在直升机上的应用前景:兼具承载与吸声降噪功能的结构功能一体化材料,可应用于直升机驾驶舱、乘员舱、发动机舱等部位,降低直升机舱内及舱外噪声。This paper introduces the noise condition of helicopter cockpit and passenger compartment:The noise spectrum is complex and widely distrusted,and the noise dB number is prominent.Also,it introduces the sound absorption principle,development trends at home and abroad,and the application in aviation industry of sound-absorbing honeycomb.Sound-absorbing honeycomb material is composed of certain thickness-honeycomb core material with upper and lower layers.The upper panel is a perforated panel,and the rear panel is rigid.The honeycomb forms a Helmholtz resonator with the rear dorsal plate,when the sound waves enter into the cell,sound waves cause the structure to resonate,which contributes to the sound energy decay.What is more,the air in the cell moves follow,the repeated movement and friction of air flow and sound wave in the cavity causes the sound energy to become heat energy,therefore the sound energy is consumed,which also can help to reduce the noise.In the end,the paper looks forward to the application prospects of sound-absorbing honeycombs in helicopters:structural and functional integrated materials with both bearing and sound absorption&noise reduction functions can be applied to helicopter cockpits,passenger compartments,engine compartments and other parts to reduce the noise inside and outside the helicopter cabin.
