摘　　要：本文通过对赵守俨撰《〈中文参考书提要〉审稿意见》和书局退稿信的释读,探讨知识生产的价值判断与话语表达,并提出对出版史研究的理论思考,以期为学界提供有益的理论参考。The paper discusses the value judgment and discourse expression of knowledge production through an interpretation of the Review Comments on the Summary of Chinese Reference Books written by Zhao Shouyan and the manuscript rejection letters of Zhonghua Book Company and brings forward the theoretical reflections on the study of the history of publishing,hoping to provide an useful theoretical reference for the academic community.
