摘  要:目的:观察壮药青风藤总生物碱对类风湿关节炎模型大鼠的治疗疗效以及对模型大鼠血清PDGF、PAF表达的影响。方法:选用40只SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、青风藤总生物碱低、中、高剂量组五组。除空白组外,其余组均采用Ⅱ型胶原酶诱导关节炎大鼠,造模后进行关节炎评分和体重记录。给药4周后处死,取血清,采用ELISA法检测血清中PDGF、PAF的表达。结果:造模后,大鼠关节肿胀明显,血清中PDGF、PAF表达显著增加。给药后,大鼠关节肿胀明显好转,血清中PDGF、PAF表达较模型组低。结论:壮药青风藤总生物碱能有效减轻类风湿关节炎症状,并能抑制血清中PDGF、PAF表达。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of total alkaloids of sinomenia on rheumatoid arthritis model rats and the effect on the expression of serum PDGF and PAF.Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:blank group,model group,low,medium and high dose group.Except for the blank group.The other groups were induced by type II collagenase.Arthritis score and body weight were recorded.After 4 weeks of administration,the serum was taken and the expression of PDGF and PAF were detected by ELISA.Results After the establishment of the model,the joint swelling was obvious,and the expression of PDGF and PAF in serum increased significantly.After administration,the joint swelling of rats was improved obviously,and the expression of PDGF and PAF in serum was lower than that of model group.Conclusion the total alkaloids of sinomenia can effectively alleviate the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.It can also inhibit the expression of PDGF and PAF in serum.
