足部护理联合细节护理对老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者下肢神经传导的影响

摘　　要：目的研究足部护理联合细节护理对老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者下肢神经传导的影响。方法以该院2017年1月—2019年11月选取的98例老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组各49例。进行足部护理的是对照组,以对照组为前提,联合实施细节护理的是观察组,观察两组患者下肢神经传导的情况。结果护理后,两组患者的颈后神经、腓神经传导速度较之护理前均有明显提升,观察组较之对照组提升更为明显(P<0.05);相较于对照组73.5%的护理依从性,观察组的93.9%明显更高(P<0.05);相较于对照组69.4%的护理满意度,观察组的95.9%明显更高(P<0.05)。结论治疗老年糖尿病周围神经病变采用足部护理联合细节护理,可以对患者的下肢神经传导进行改善,效果优良。Objective To study the effect of foot care combined with detailed care on nerve conduction in the lower limbs of elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 98 elderly patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected from the hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 49 cases each by the random number table method.The control group only performed foot care,and the control group was the premise,and the observation group was the joint implementation of detailed care.The nerve conduction of the lower limbs of the two groups was observed.Results After nursing,the conduction speed of posterior cervical nerve and peroneal nerve of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with those before nursing,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group 73.5%,the nursing compliance of the observation group 93.9%was significantly higher(P<0.05);compared with 69.4%of the control group’s nursing satisfaction,the observation group’s 95.9%was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly diabetic peripheral neuropathy with foot care combined with detailed care can improve the nerve conduction of the patient's lower limbs with excellent results.
