复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面愈合的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的分析复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面愈合的影响。方法选择2018年4月—2019年10月期间,在该院进行诊治的肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者68例,两组患者均行Ⅰ期根治手术,根据单盲分组法将其分为参照组与试验组,参照组利用创面消毒联合抗菌药物对患者施以治疗,试验组在参照组方法的基础上利用复方黄柏液对患者施以治疗,对两组患者术后创面愈合情况以及血糖水平进行比较。结果试验组患者术后创面疼痛评分为(1.31±0.58)分、渗液评分为(1.57±0.62)分、空腹血糖为(5.55±0.63)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(7.06±0.54)mmol/L;各项指标均显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后应用复方黄柏液进行治疗,能够明显改善患者血糖水平,可以提升术后创面愈合的效果,值得在临床中广泛应用。Objective To analyze the effect of compound Huangbaiye on postoperative wound healing in patients with perianal abscess and diabetes.Methods A total of 68 patients with perianal abscesses and diabetes mellitus were selected from April 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital.Both groups underwent radical resection of stage I and divided them into reference groups according to the single-blind grouping method.Compared with the experimental group,the reference group used wound disinfection combined with antibacterial drugs to treat patients,and the experimental group used compound cork liquid to treat patients based on the method of the reference group.The postoperative wound healing and blood glucose levels of the two groups were measured and compared.Results The postoperative wound pain score of the experimental group was(1.31±0.58)points,the exudate score was(1.57±0.62)points,the fasting blood glucose was(5.55±0.63)mmol/L,and the postprandial blood glucose was(7.06±0.54)mmol/L;all indicators were significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of perianal abscess with diabetic patients with compound Huangbaiye after operation can significantly improve the blood glucose level of the patients and enhance the effect of postoperative wound healing.It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
