胃肠道恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗的护理效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探究胃肠道恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗的护理效果。方法于2018年6月—2019年6月选取在医院进行胃肠道恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病治疗的患者共80例,随机分成两组,每组40例。对照组给予患者常规护理方法,观察组给予患者综合护理方法。结果观察组患者的胃管拔除时间、切口拆线时间及住院时间均低于对照组,并发症发生率对比观察组低于对照组,观察组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理方法应用于胃肠道恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗护理中,有助于改善患者的临床指标,降低患者并发症发生率,稳定患者的血糖指标。Objective To explore the nursing effect of chemotherapy for patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors and diabetes.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors combined with diabetes treatment in hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 40 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing methods,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing methods.Results The gastric tube removal time,incision and suture removal time and hospitalization time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the observation group was lower.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing methods to the chemotherapy nursing of patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors and diabetes can help improve the clinical indicators of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and stabilize the blood glucose indicators of the patients.
