摘 要:目的探究喉癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后营养护理方法。方法选取2018年3月—2019年9月在医院中进行喉癌合并2型糖尿病患者共86例,随机分组法将患者分成两组,对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组给予患者常规护理方法,观察组给予患者术后营养护理干预方法。结果术后并发症发生率对比观察组低于对照组,观察组患者的血红蛋白、白蛋白指标均高于对照组,观察组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将营养护理方法应用于喉癌合并2型糖尿病患者术后护理中具有可行性,有助于降低患者并发症发生率,改善患者的术后营养状态,平稳患者的血糖指标。Objective To explore postoperative nutritional nursing methods for patients with laryngeal cancer and type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 86 patients with laryngeal cancer combined with type 2 diabetes in the hospital were selected from March 2018 to September 2019.The patients were divided into 2 groups by randomization,the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing methods,and the observation group was given postoperative nutritional nursing intervention methods.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The hemoglobin and albumin indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to apply nutritional nursing methods to postoperative care of patients with laryngocarcinoma and type 2 diabetes,which can help reduce the incidence of complications,improve postoperative nutritional status of patients,and stabilize patients'blood glucose indicators.
