贝前列素钠片联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析贝前列素钠片联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的价值。方法该文于该院2018年8月—2019年8月收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者中选取100例作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组单独给予替米沙坦治疗,观察组联合给予贝前列素钠片治疗,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后UAE(26.4±1.0)mg/24 h、有效率94%,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用贝前列素钠片联合替米沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病,能够改善肾功能,疗效显著,且不良反应少。Objective To analyze the value of beraprost sodium tablets combined with telmisartan in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods This article selected 100 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 as the research object,and randomized groups.The control group was treated with Telmisartan alone,and the observation group was treated with beraprost sodium tablets to compare the treatment effects.Results After treatment,the observation group had UAE(26.4±1.0)mg/24 h and the effective rate was 94%compaed of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of beraprost sodium tablets and telmisartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy can improve renal function,with significant curative effect and few adverse reactions.
