Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing in patients with liver cirrhosis and hepatogenic diabetes. Methods A total of 80 patients with liver cirrhosis and hepatogenic diabetes in the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected. All patients were divided into a routine group(receiving routine care) and an intervention group(receiving comprehensive care) according to a lottery. The blood glucose level, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the complication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the conventional group, the blood glucose level of the intervention group was lower 2 hours after a meal, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the conventional group, the nursing satisfaction score of the intervention group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive care was given to patients with hepatogenic diabetes, their blood glucose level was well controlled, and the incidence of complications after intervention was low.
