信息化护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者遵医行为及母婴并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探究针对妊娠期糖尿病患者采用信息化护理干预对患者遵医行为与母婴并发症的影响。方法随机选择2016年7月—2019年7月间该院妇产科收治的176例妊娠期糖尿病患者,使用随机分组法将其分为研究组(信息化护理干预)与参照组(普通护理干预),每组均88例。比较两组患者遵医行为、妊娠结局与产后并发症。结果研究组总遵医77例(87.50%),参照组总遵医65例(73.86%),与参照组相比,研究组遵医患者例数更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。新生儿糖耐量异常、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、早产儿等各项异常妊娠结局例数均为研究组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产妇产后并发症总计14例(15.91%);参照组产妇产后并发症总计28例(31.82%),与参照组相比,研究组产妇产后并发症发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给妊娠期糖尿病患者实施信息化护理方案能够改良患者遵医行为,降低并发症发生率,提高新生儿健康率。Objective To explore the effect of information-based nursing intervention on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus on their compliance behavior and maternal and infant complications. Methods Randomly select 176 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2019, and divided them into a study group(information-based nursing intervention) and a reference group(general nursing, using the randomization method Intervention), 88 cases in each group. The compliance behavior, pregnancy outcome and postpartum complications of the two groups were compared. Results There were 77 patients(87.50%) in the study group who followed the doctors, and 65 patients(73.86%) in the reference group. Compared with the reference group,there were more patients in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The number of abnormal pregnancy outcomes in neonates with impaired glucose tolerance, neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia, premature infants, etc.were all in the study group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were a total of 14 cases(15.91%) of maternal postpartum complications in the study group;a total of 28 cases(31.82%) of maternal postpartum complications in the reference group. Compared with the reference group, the incidence of postpartum complications was lower in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of information-based nursing programs for patients with gestational diabetes can improve patients’ compliance behavior, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the health rate of newborns.
