摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者的临床护理效果。方法选择该院在2018年5月—2019年5月期间收治的126例2型糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者,遵循随机平均的原则分为对照组与观察组,每组63例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组则在对照组患者基础上进行综合护理干预,观察比较两组护理效果。结果护理后,对照组、观察组空腹血糖比较,差异有统计学意义(t=10.850,P=0.002 <0.05)。两组餐后2 h血糖比较,差异有统计学意义(t=14.980,P<0.001)。对照组HP根除率为62.50%,观察组HP根除率为82.93%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.230,P=0.022 <0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病并消化性溃疡患者应用综合护理,明显提升HP根除率,降糖作用显著,说明综合护理对于2型糖尿病合并消化性溃疡患者能够起到积极作用。Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of patients with type 2 diabetes and peptic ulcer. Methods 126 patients with type 2 diabetes and peptic ulcer admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of random average, with 63 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group carried out comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group patients to observe and compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing, there was a statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose between the control group and the observation group(t=10.850, P=0.002<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups at 2 h after a meal(t=14.980, P<0.001). The HP eradication rate in the control group was 62.50%, and the HP eradication rate in the observation group was 82.93%, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.230, P=0.022<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive care for patients with type 2 diabetes and peptic ulcer can significantly increase the eradication rate of HP and have a significant effect on reducing blood sugar, indicating that comprehensive care can play a positive role in patients with type 2 diabetes and peptic ulcer.
