摘　　要：目的分析鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者鼻内镜手术的围手术期护理方法。方法 2018年1月—2019年9月间选取在医院进行鼻窦炎合并糖尿病治疗的患者共84例,随机将患者分成两组,每组42例。对照组给予患者常规护理方法,观察组给予患者围手术期护理方法。比较两组患者的血糖水平、不良反应发生率、护理满意度。结果不良反应发生率对比观察组低于对照组,血糖水平对比观察组低于对照组,护理满意度对比观察组高于对照组.差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将围手术期护理方法应用于鼻窦炎合并糖尿病患者鼻内镜手术护理中,有助于降低患者不良反应发生率,改善患者的血糖水平,患者对护理工作有着较高的满意度。Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing methods of endoscopic sinus surgery for patients with sinusitis and diabetes. Methods From January 2018 to September 2019 A total of 84 patients with sinusitis combined with diabetes treatment in the hospital were selected, and the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing methods, and the observation group was given perioperative nursing methods. Compare the blood glucose level, the incidence of adverse reactions, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the comparative observation group was lower than that in the control group, the blood glucose level in the comparative observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction degree in the comparative observation group was higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying perioperative nursing methods to the nursing of patients with sinusitis and diabetes with endoscopic sinus surgery can help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the blood glucose level of patients and patients have a high degree of satisfaction with nursing work.
