手术室内护理对合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室内护理对合并糖尿病患者术后切口感染的效果。方法随机筛选该院2018年3月—2019年3月收治的合并糖尿病患者70例作为研究对象。35例患者接受常规护理方法视为对照组,另外35例患者接受手术室护理视为观察组,比较观察两组患者的护理效果、并发症发生率和术后切口感染发生率。结果经过护理后,观察组患者的护理有效率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率和切口感染发生率同对照组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的血糖值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比较常规方法而言,给予合并糖尿病患者手术室护理,能够减少切口感染事件和术后并发症现象的发生,护理效果明显。Objective To explore the effect of nursing in the operating room on postoperative wound infection in patients with diabetes. Methods 70 patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly selected as the research objects. Thirty-five patients who received conventional nursing methods were regarded as the control group, and the other 35 patients who received operating room nursing were regarded as the observation group.The nursing effect, the incidence of complications and the incidence of postoperative wound infection were compared and observed between the two groups. Results After nursing, the effective rate of nursing care of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications and incision infections in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P <0.05);the level in blood glucose of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional methods, operating room nursing for patients with diabetes can reduce the incidence of incision infection and postoperative complications, and the nursing effect is obvious.
