摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者羟苯磺酸钙治疗的效果。方法入组该院2018年2月—2019年2月科室收治的2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者共120例,随机分组,对照组的患者进行常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加羟苯磺酸钙。结果观察组视力水平、治疗后患者凝血酶指标、血管内皮功能、血液流变学指标、总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组未出现严重不良反应。结论常规用药与羟苯磺酸钙对于2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的效果确切,可改善凝血酶指标、血管内皮功能、血液流变学指标和视力,且安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of calcium dobesilate treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR) admitted to the department from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into groups. The patients in the control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received calcium dobesilate on the basis of the control group. Results The visual acuity level, thrombin index, vascular endothelial function, hemorheology index and total effective rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P <0.05). There were no severe adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Conventional medication and calcium dobesilate have a definite effect on type 2 diabetic retinopathy(DR), which can improve thrombin index, vascular endothelial function, blood rheology index and vision, and has high safety.
