对体检中发现的糖尿病前期患者进行健康生活指导的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察体检中发现的糖尿病前期患者健康生活指导的效果。方法宁德市中医院体检中心2018年8月—2019年8月124例体检中发现的糖尿病前期患者为该次研究对象,按照双色球随机分组法将患者分为对照组(62例:常规疾病宣传)与实验组(62例:常规疾病宣传+健康生活指导),比较两组患者预后情况。结果实验组患者干预3个月后体质指数、总胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白以及血糖等相关检测结果均优于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者干预3个月、干预6个月自我护理能力(ESCA)以及依从性(Morisky)量表得分均高于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者干预3个月后、6个月后血压控制达标率、血糖控制达标率均高于对照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予体检中发现的糖尿病前期患者健康生活指导有利于提升血压、血糖、血脂控制效果。Objective To observe the effect of healthy life guidance for prediabetes patients found in physical examination.Methods Ningde City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Examination Center from August 2018 to August 2019 124 patients with prediabetes found in the physical examination are the subjects of this study. According to the double-color ball randomization method, the patients are divided into control groups(62 cases: routine disease promotion);the experimental group(62 cases: conventional disease promotion+healthy life guidance);compare the prognosis of the two groups. Results The experimental group patients’ body mass index, total cholesterol, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood sugar results were better than those of the control group after 3 months of intervention, with statistically significant differences in data between the groups(P<0.05). The scores of self-care ability(ESCA) and compliance(Morisky) scales of patients in the experimental group of intervention for 3 months and intervention for 6 months were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences in data between the groups(P<0.05). After 3 months of intervention and 6 months after the intervention, the rate of achieving blood pressure control and blood glucose control were higher in the experimental group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences in data between the groups(P <0.05). Conclusion The healthy life guidance of prediabetes patients found in physical examination is beneficial to improve blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid control.
