摘 要:目的:总结国内放射介入领域知名医院科室管理现况,探索新的管理模式,主动适应该技术发展的新形势。方法:利用文本分析法分析36所医院放射介入科室建制、住院床位、诊疗范围等要素,并运用SWOT来分析矩阵制组织结构模式的可行性。结果:36所医院中,属于北上广地区占比58.33%(21/36);其中1所医院为二级甲等,其余都为三级甲等。医院在管理模式、住院床位、诊疗范围等方面各具特色,没有形成统一的模式。结论:该技术存在地域、医院间、医院内部发展不平衡不充分的现况。作者提出的矩阵制组织结构模式,对打破该技术在医院内部的壁垒提供了一种解决办法。Objective:To summarize the current situation of management in well-known hospitals in the field of interventional radiation,and to explore a new management model to adapt to the new situation of the development of radiation intervention technology.Methods:Text analysis was used to analyze the factors in 36 hospitals such as department structure,inpatient beds,the scope of diagnosis and treatment.The feasibility of matrix organizational structure model is analyzed by using situational analysis(SWOT analysis).Result:Among the 36 hospitals,58.33%(21/36)was located in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong provinces.Only a hospital is Grade II Level A,and the rest are Grade III Level A.The department management mode,inpatient beds,the scope of diagnosis and treatment did not form a unified model but its own characteristics.Conclusion:There is an unbalanced and inadequate development of radiation intervention technology among the different regions,hospitals and even within the hospital.The Matrix organization proposed in this paper provides a solution to break the barrier between the relevant departments of radiation intervention technology in the hospital.
