摘　　要：目的:研究基层区域放射质控网络平台对于提高公立医院放射科放射质控数据查询效率的影响。方法:选取绍兴市人民医院管理部门以及临床科室工作人员100人作为研究对象,分析比较基层区域放射质控网络平台建设前后,部门与科室数据查询的正确率、错误率、查询有效率情况。结果:基层区域放射质控网络平台建设后,管理部门与临床科室的满意度较高,并且全院查询有效率明显较建设前更高,数据之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,数据查询正确率明显较建设前更高,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过建立基层区域放射质控网络平台,可有效提高公立医院放射科放射质控数据查询有效率,显著提升整体查询正确率,有较高实际应用价值,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:to analyze the effect of establishing the network platform of radiation quality control in grass-roots areas on improving the efficiency of radiation quality control data query in public hospitals.Methods:from May 2017 to may 2019,the hospital management department and clinical department were selected as the research objects.From May 2017 to may 2018,the hospital did not build the basic regional radiation quality control network platform.From June 2018 to may 2019,the basic regional radiation quality control network platform was built in the whole department and department.Before and after the construction of the platform,the use satisfaction of departments and departments,as well as the accuracy,error rate and efficiency of data query are analyzed and compared.Results:after the comparison,we can see that after the construction,the use satisfaction of departments and departments is significantly higher than before the construction,and the query efficiency of the whole hospital is significantly higher than before the construction,and the differences between the data are statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the accuracy of data query after construction was significantly higher than that before construction,and the error rate of data query was lower than that before construction.The differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:through the establishment of the network platform of radiation quality control in the grass-roots areas,it can improve the efficiency of radiation quality control data query in public hospitals,improve the satisfaction of the use of departments and departments,and significantly improve the overall query accuracy.It is an intervention method with high practical application value,which is worth promoting and using in clinical practice.
