摘　　要：在全面从严治党的新形势下,党中央对公立医院党的建设提出了更高要求。当前,公立医院普遍存在着重业务轻党建、党建与业务相脱节、党组织作用发挥不明显等问题。为破解这些难题,合肥市第二人民医院坚持党建引领,充分发挥全院各级党组织和党员作用,不断创新党建工作方式方法,将党建工作融入医院治理各环节,党的建设质量不断提升,为医院跨越式发展注入了强大动力。Under the new situation of comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline,the CPC Central Committee has put forward higher requirements for the party construction in public hospitals.At present,there are many problems in public hospitals,such as emphasizing business over party construction,disconnecting party construction from business,and the role of Party organizations is not obvious.In order to solve these problems,the second People's Hospital of Hefei adheres to the guidance of party construction,gives full play to the role of party organizations and party members at all levels of the hospital,constantly innovates the methods and methods of party construction,integrates party construction into all aspects of hospital governance,and continuously improves the quality of Party construction,injecting strong impetus into the development of the hospital.
