摘　　要：随着互联网技术的飞速发展,“互联网+工会”进一步推进,使智慧工会平台应运而生。从智慧工会平台的研发及应用等方面介绍了首都医科大学宣武医院工会应用智慧工会平台创新工会工作的实践和成效,总结了当前工作开展中存在的问题和难点,并针对性提出建议。The new concept of the smart union platform emerges as the mobile internet technology rapidly developed.The smart union platform is the upgraded version of“internet+”union.This study introduced relevant policies and how the trade union of Xuan wu Hospital of Capital Medical University studied,developed and implemented the smart trade union platform to innovate the union’s work,summarized the best practices and effectiveness of the innovation,and encapsulated the difficulties and targeted recommendations in the actual platform design,development and roll-out phases.
