摘　　要：目的:探寻医疗服务信息公开现状与医方公开意愿间的关系,对改进信息公开制度提出建议。方法:分析医疗服务信息公开现状,通过访谈和问卷调查了解医方对于医疗服务信息的公开意愿,并进行一致性检验。结果:信息公开情况良好,医方公开意愿较高,但部分指标的公开率与医方的公开意愿有差异。结论:应完善公开指标体系,明确公开对象,加强信息公开质量监管,形成定期、持续、有考核有反馈的机制,真正发挥信息公开作为综合监管政策工具的应有作用。Objective:Explore the relationship between the current situation of medical service information disclosure and the willingness of medical institutions to disclose,and make suggestions for improving the information disclosure system.Methods:Analyze the current situation of medical service information disclosure,understand the willingness of medical institutions to disclose medical service information through interviews and questionnaire surveys,and conduct a consistency test.Results:The situation of information disclosure is good,and the willingness of medical institutions to disclose is high,but the disclosure rate of some indicators is different from the willingness of medical institutions.Conclusion:It is necessary to improve the disclosure index system,clarify the targets of disclosure,strengthen the quality supervision of information disclosure,and form a regular,continuous,evaluation and feedback mechanism,and truly play the role of information disclosure as a comprehensive regulatory policy tool.
