社会主义核心价值观社会层面的培育对公立医院医德医风的影响

摘　　要：目的:调查北京市属公立医院开展医德医风教育的途径,探索社会主义核心价值观社会层面的培育对公立医院医德医风的影响。方法:采用问卷调查法,于2019年3〜4月以北京市属22所公立医院的2200名职工作为研究对象,共回收有效问卷2200份。结果:调查对象对医院开展的各种关于医德医风培育途径的知晓率为86.45%〜96.05%,认同率为86.18%〜92.86%;不同医院的职工对常规培育途径平均认同率为79.33%〜95.50%,对社会层面核心价值观平均践行率为62.89%〜86.56%,职工医德医风相关行为对社会主义核心价值观的平均践行率为85.38%〜94.85%。结论:社会主义核心价值观的培育在公立医院医德医风教育中发挥了重要作用;医院在医德医风教育中要注重知、信、行的统一;医院要加强社会层面的社会主义核心价值观培育,为医务人员创造更加自由、平等、公正、法治的执业环境。Objective:To investigate the ways to conduct medical ethics education in public hospitals in Beijing,and to explore the influence of Core Socialist Values on the social level of public hospitals.Method:Using the questionnaire survey method.From March to April 2019,2,200 employees from 22 public hospitals in Beijing were selected as the research subjects,and 2,200 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:The survey respondents'awareness rate of the various cultivation methods of medical ethics education carried out by the hospital was between 86.45%to 96.05%,and the preference rate was between 86.18%to 92.86%;the average preference rate of employees for conventional cultivation methods was between 79.33%to 95.50%in different hospitals;the average practice rate of social-level core values was between 62.89%to 86.56%in different hospitals;the average practice of employee medical ethics and behaviors on Core Socialist Values was between 85.38%to 94.85%in different hospitals.Conclusion:The cultivation of Core Socialist Values plays an important role in medical ethics and medical style education;hospitals should pay attention to the unification of knowledge,belief and practice in medical ethics and medical style education;hospitals should strengthen the cultivation of Core Socialist Values at the social level to create more free,equal,fair,and legal practice environment for medical staff.
