摘　　要：目的:对北京某高校附属口腔专科医院2016-2018年员工满意度开展调查,了解员工满意度现状及其影响因素,探讨提高员工满意度的工作机制。方法:采用量表对样本医院员工开展全面调查,描述员工满意度现状,采用秩和检验方法分析不同社会人口学特征员工满意度差异情况。结果:3年来,员工总体满意度和各维度满意度稳步上升,3年间满意度较高和较低的指标分布集中,且低分指标在不同职称和不同岗位群体中差异显著。结论:医院内部管理水平稳步提升,高度的职业认同感应从内部管理和外部社会环境上继续加以引导塑造。应考虑不同职称和岗位员工具体分析,优化收入分配、培训进修和人员配备制度。Objective:To investigate the employee satisfaction of a stomatological hospital affiliated to a university in Beijing from 2016 to 2018,to understand the current situation of employee satisfaction and its influencing factors,and to explore the working mechanism of improving employee satisfaction.Methods:A comprehensive survey was conducted on the employees of sample hospitals by using scale to describe the current situation of employee satisfaction.Rank sum test was used to analyze the differences of employee satisfaction among different demographic characteristics.Results:Overall employee satisfaction and satisfaction of all dimensions increased steadily in the past three years.The distribution of higher and lower satisfaction indicators was concentrated in the past three years,and the difference of low-score indicators was significant in different job titles and different job groups.Conclusion:The level of hospital internal management has been steadily improved.A high degree of professional identity will continue to be guided and shaped by the internal management and external social environment.Employees with different titles and positions should be considered in order to optimize income distribution,training and staffing system.
