摘　　要：目的:为了更好地推进医院能源管理工作,主要利用空调系统分项能耗对上海7所三甲医院能源管理工作存在的问题进行分析。方法:Pearson系数被用作分析影响因素与医院总能耗的关联程度,再利用单位面积总能耗和空调系统分项能耗指标对医院能耗水平进行评价和对比。结果:设计与选型不合理、运维管理工作专业性弱、设备维保不到位和管理人才欠缺是医院能源管理存在的共性问题。结论:多维度衡量医院能耗水平,有效加强医院能源管理方面的工作是降低医院能耗的有效途径。Objective:To better promote the hospital energy management work,the problem about energy management of seven Grade III hospitals in Shanghai was mainly analyzed by using energy consumption index of air conditioning system.Methods:Pearson coefficient was used to analyze the relationship between factors and the total energy consumption of studied hospitals.Energy consumption per unit area and energy consumption of air conditioning system was used to evaluate and compare the level of energy consumption.Results:Unreasonable energy system design and equipment selection;weak professional energy operation and maintenance management,inadequate energy equipment maintenance and lack of relevant management talents are the common problems existing in hospital energy management.Conclusion:It is an effective way to reduce hospital energy consumption by measuring hospital energy consumption levels in multidimension and strengthening hospital energy management effectively.
