摘  要:现代医院管理制度是公立医院改革的重要组成部分,要求坚持公立医院的公益性,建立健全内部管理制度、议事规则等,规范内部权力运行,提高医院管理效率。而合同管理作为医院管理工作的重要组成部分,其管理质量与水平直接关系着医院管理目标的实现程度。以上海市某三甲医院为例,分析其在医院合同管理方面发现的关键问题,探讨建立现代医院合同管理模式的基本路径、关键环节,并提出政策建议。The modern hospital management system is an important part of the reform of public hospitals.It is required to adhere to the public welfare of public hospitals,establish and improve internal management systems,rules of procedure,standardize the operation of internal powers,and improve hospital management efficiency.Contract management is an important part of hospital management,and its management quality and level are directly related to the degree of realization of hospital management goals.Take a Grade III hospital in Shanghai as an example,analyze the key problems found in hospital contract management,explore the basic path and key links of establishing a modern hospital contract management model,and put forward policy recommendations.
