东夷校尉与慕容政权的东北亚秩序建构

摘　　要：东夷校尉曾在西晋王朝构建东北亚秩序的过程中发挥了核心作用,其是西晋王朝在东北亚地区统治“正统性”的体现,也是西晋王朝“天下”意识在东北亚地区的政治延伸,在历史上对于处理东北亚地区的华夷问题有着举足轻重的作用。而从东晋时期始,随着慕容政权的崛起,东夷校尉开始为鲜卑慕容政权所掌控,原本职能开始逐渐被淡化,其身上所具有的政治象征性被转移到了慕容政权身上,并最终逐渐退出了政治舞台。掌控了东夷校尉的慕容政权,实际上成为当时东北亚地区华夷秩序的新核心民族,并重新建立了以慕容鲜卑这一“夷”为核心的新型东北亚政治秩序。但也正是由于东夷校尉身上被赋予的“正统性”,使慕容鲜卑在经历质疑的同时,也被迫开始了与中原文化的融合进程,这就在客观上完成了东夷校尉设置最初的使命——对边疆民族在文化上的引导与招抚。The highest military officer in Northeast China played a key role in the construction of Northeast Asian order in the Western Jin Dynasty.From the Eastern Jin Dynasty,with the rise of Murong regime,the highest military officer in Northeast China began to be controlled by the Murong regime.And the Murong regime,in fact,became the new core ethnic group in Northeast Asia at that time,and reestablished a new Northeast Asian political order with Murong Xianbei as the core.Because of the“orthodoxy”endowed by the highest military officer in Northeast China,Murong Xianbei was forced to start the process of integration with the Central Plains culture while experiencing doubts.Objectively,the highest military officer in Northeast China completed the initial mission,namely,to guide and appease the frontier nationalities in culture.
