龙血竭片联合氟比洛芬巴布膏治疗急性软组织挫伤的疗效及对氧化应激的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨龙血竭片联合氟比洛芬巴布膏治疗急性软组织挫伤的临床效果及对氧化应激的影响。方法:选取2014年3月至2018年12月广州中医药大学深圳医院收治的急性软组织挫伤患者88例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组44例和观察组44例。两组患者均行常规处理,对照组患者给予氟比洛芬巴布膏,观察组患者在对照组的基础上口服龙血竭片。观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,治疗前、治疗5 d后的症状评分、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)]变化。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为95.45%(42/44),与对照组的88.64%(36/44)比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,观察组患者的肿胀、疼痛及瘀斑评分与对照组同期比较明显较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,观察组患者的MDA、NO及SOD水平与对照组同期比较明显较好,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为9.09%(4/44),与对照组的6.82%(3/44)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:龙血竭片联合氟比洛芬巴布膏治疗急性软组织挫伤的疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状,降低氧化应激水平,且安全性高。OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of Resina draconis tablets combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm in the treatment of acute soft tissue contusion and its effects on oxidative stress.METHODS:Totally 88 patients with acute soft tissue contusion admitted into Shenzhen Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Mar.2014 to Dec.2018 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the observation group via the random number table,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,the control group was given flurbiprofen cataplasm,while the observation group additionally received Resina draconis tablets on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects,adverse drug reactions,changes of symptom scores and oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)]before treatment and 5 d after treatment in two groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate in the observation group was95.45%(42/44),significantly higher than that in the control group 88.64%(36/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 d of treatment,the scores of swelling,pain and ecchymosis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group during the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 5 d of treatment,the levels of MDA,NO and SOD in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group during the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was 9.09%(4/44),compared with 6.82%(3/44)in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Resina draconis tablets combined with flurbiprofen cataplasm in the treatment of acute soft tissue contusion is significant,which can effectively improve the symptoms and reduce the levels of oxidative stress with higher safety.
