含铅中药制剂止痒药粉外用的安全性

摘　　要：止痒药粉为首都医科大学附属北京中医医院的外用中药制剂,其中含有2种含铅中药。本文参考已有的含铅中药安全性的研究文献,结合止痒药粉中2种含铅中药的含量,探讨止痒药粉等含铅制剂应用的安全性和注意事项。含铅中药外用在皮肤科比较常见,铅中毒报道多见于内服,亦见于外用,但鲜见止痒药粉中的2种含铅中药外用导致铅中毒的报道。因此,通过辨证论治,外用止痒药粉比较安全;但应注意,儿童和妊娠期妇女不宜使用,不宜与含有狼毒的其他制剂外用,急性炎症性皮肤病、黏膜病损者慎用。Antipruritic powder is a kind of in-hospital preparation for external use in Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University,which contains two kinds of lead-containing traditional Chinese medicines.By referring to the existing research literature on the safety of lead-containing traditional Chinese medicines and in combination with the contents of two kinds of lead-containing traditional Chinese medicines in antipruritic powder,the safety and precautions of application of lead-containing traditional Chinese medicines such as antipruritic powder were discussed.External use of lead-containing traditional Chinese medicines was more common in dermatology,lead poisoning was reported mostly for internal use as well as external use.However,lead poisoning induced by two kinds of lead in antipruritic powder was rarely reported for external use.Therefore,it is safer for external use of antipruritic powder based on syndrome differentiation.However,it is not suitable for children and pregnant women,and can not be used with other preparations containing Langdu root.And patients with acute inflammatory skin diseases and mucosal lesions should be given use with caution.
