摘 要:目的:探讨斑点追踪技术评价主动脉夹层患者左室局部收缩功能的价值。方法:获取30例主动脉夹层者和30例正常人的常规超声参数及二维动态图像,采用Qlab软件进行脱机分析,测得左室17节段纵向收缩峰值的应变,分析主动脉夹层组和对照组测量指标的变化情况。结果:年龄、性别、左室舒张末内径、左室收缩末内径、左室射血分数及左室短轴缩短率,两组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,主动脉夹层组左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),左室部分节段心肌运动的应变值降低(P<0.05)。结论:主动脉夹层患者早期存在左室心肌局部收缩功能改变,斑点追踪技术能定量评估主动脉夹层患者左室局部心肌功能改变。Objective:To explore the value of speckle tracking imaging in assessment of left ventricular regional systolic function of aortic dissection patients.Methods:The conventional ultrasonic parameters and two-dimensional dynamic images were attained in 30 aortic dissection patients and 30 healthy people,and were analyzed off-line by Qlab software;the partial longitudinal strain of left ventricular 17 segments were measured and the change of 30 aortic dissection patients and 30 healthy people were analyzed and compared.Results:Between AD patients and control group,there were no statistical?differences of age,gender,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening(P>0.05);there were statistical?differences of left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume(P<0.05);in the AD patients,the partial strain of left ventricular myocardial were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The change of left ventricular regional myocardial function can be discovered in aortic dissection patients.Speckle tracking imaging could be used to quantify left ventricular strain and to evaluate regional myocardial function in aortic dissection patients.
