多次捐献机采血小板献血者血常规变化的初步观察

摘　　要：目的:多次捐献机采血小板后献血者外周血常规变化规律。方法:选取106名在1年内捐献血小板20次以上的无偿献血者,收集其首次、1个月、6个月、1年的外周血常规数据进行分析观察。结果:多次捐献机采血小板献血者1个月、6个月及1年与首次献血前血常规中的红细胞(RBC)计数、血红蛋白(HB)计数、血细胞压积(Hct)及血小板(PLT)计数均存在差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但6个月与1年的血常规数据间上述项目差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多次献血的献血者身体能产生一定的自我调节,结合现行献血规定,大部分献血者的健康安全是有保障的。Objective:To study the changes of haematological values of regular plateletpheresis donors after repeated platelet collection by machine.Methods:The peripheral blood routine data of 106 unpaid donors who donated plateletpheresis more than 20 times in one year were collected and an analysis was conducted on the haematological values detected before the first,one-month,six-month and the last donation.Results:By comparing the haematological values in donors one-month,six-month and the last donation to the first donation respectively,the result showed that there were significant differences in red blood cell count(RBC),Hemoglobin count(Hb),hematocrit(Hct)and platelet count(PLT)(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between 6-month and 1-year blood routine examination data(P>0.05).Conclusion:There is no obvious adverse effects for most of the donors,but it is necessary to institute rules and guidance in more details on specific analysis to ensure the safety of donors.
