五加皮膏对大耳白兔骨折愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五加皮膏对白兔骨折愈合的疗效。方法:选用成年大耳白兔60只,制备白兔骨折模型(右后肢胫骨中段骨折),随机分为五加皮膏治疗组和外固定组两组,每组各30只,外固定组对骨折模型白兔仅进行小夹板外固定治疗;五加皮膏治疗组将五加皮膏外敷于骨折处,然后再进行小夹板外固定治疗;分别于用药后第2、4、8周对两组实验动物进行X线检查及骨折处组织形态观察。结果:与外固定组相比,在影像学和组织形态改变方面,五加皮膏治疗组均较外固定组好转,表现为骨痂形成充实,骨小梁增多,骨髓腔逐步形成,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五加皮膏可促进大耳白兔骨折愈合。Objective:To observe the effect of Wujiapi ointments on rabbit fracture healing.Methods:60 adult rabbits were chosen and the rabbit fracture models(right hind limb tibia fracture)were made and divided into the combination therapy group and the external fixation group,with 30 rabbits in each group.The external fixation group were fixed only externally with small splints,while the combination therapy group were applied to by Wujiapi ointments first and fixed externally with small splints,with X-ray examinations and histomorphological observation performed at 2,4 and 8 weeks after medication.Results:Compared with the external fixation group,the combination therapy group was significantly better than the external fixation group in terms of imaging and tissue morphology changes,showing that the callus formation was full,the trabecular bone was increased,and the bone marrow cavity was gradually formed(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wujiapi ointments can promote fracture healing in rabbits.
