新生儿科病房应用8S管理法对于降低医院感染风险的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究8S管理法对新生儿病房医院感染管理情况,提高医护人员手卫生依从性,降低患者医院感染风险。方法:选取2017年1月至12月接受住院治疗的158例患者,按患者入院时间随机分组,A病区77例患者实行8S管理为观察组,B病区81例患者实行规范化管理为对照组;分别评价两组患者所在病区医护人员的手卫生情况、消毒液日消耗量、洗手制度执行率、患者所在病房消毒隔离质量、无菌物品合格率、无菌操作执行率,比较两组患儿的院内感染率,应用SPSS 20.0软件进行结果统计分析。结果:观察组患者所在病区的医护人员手卫生合格率、手卫生执行率、患者所在病区病房消毒隔离质量高于对照组(P<0.05);无菌物品合格率、无菌操作执行率,两组患者所在病区相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:8S管理可以促进医务人员形成良好的职业习惯,提高医护人员手卫生依从性,提高病房消毒隔离质量,降低医院感染风险。Objective:To study the effect of 8s management on nosocomial infection in neonatal ward,improve the compliance of medical staff with hand hygiene and reduce the risk of hospital infection of patients.Methods:158 hospitalized patients from January to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(77 patients in ward a)and control group(81 patients in ward b)according to their admission time.Hand hygiene,daily consumption of disinfectant,implementation rate of hand washing system and disinfection of ward were evaluated respectively The quality of isolation,qualified rate of sterile articles and implementation rate of aseptic operation were compared between the two groups.The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software.Results:the qualified rate of hand hygiene,the implementation rate of hand hygiene and the disinfection and isolation quality of ward in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the qualified rate of sterile articles and the implementation rate of aseptic operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:8s management can promote medical staff to form good occupational habits,improve hand hygiene compliance,improve ward disinfection and isolation quality,and reduce the risk of hospital infection.
