摘  要:为了节约建筑建设能源和提高室内空气质量,对考虑室内空气污染的低能耗建筑绿色设计方案进行研究。根据建筑室内空气污染来源和绿色核心策略分析,将设计方案重点放在实际能耗、材料利用及环境健康方面。将某大型公共建筑作为研究对象,以主要配套技术、辅助配套技术、关键技术为切入点,分别从干挂饰面砖幕墙聚苯复合型外墙的保温结构、屋面和地下保温结构、外窗和遮阳结构、防噪声、中央吸尘和排污、水处理、天棚低温柔与辐射采暖制冷模式、置换新风等方面给出了方案主要内容。实验结果表明,该方案下室内空气质量良好、建筑能耗低,且具有良好的社会效益。In order to save the energy of building construction and improve indoor air quality,this study analyses the green design scheme of low energy consumption buildings considering indoor air pollution.According to the analysis of indoor air pollution sources and green core strategies of the building,the design plan focuses on the actual energy consumption,material utilization and environmental health.Taking a large public building as the research object,the paper adopts the main supporting technology,auxiliary supporting technology,and key technology as the starting point.The insulation structure of dry-hanging facing brick curtain wall polystyrene composite exterior wall,roof and underground insulation structure,exterior windows and the main contents of the scheme are given in the aspects of sunshade structure,noise prevention,central vacuum and sewage,water treatment,ceiling low-temperature soft and radiant heating and cooling mode,and replacement of fresh air.Experimental results show that the scheme has good indoor air quality,low building energy consumption,and good social benefits.
