摘 要:某屠宰污水处理工程采用水解酸化+UASB工艺作为污水处理厌氧阶段的主体工艺,这种工艺主要采用MBR技术,它在屠宰污水处理量为720 m3/d,进水CODcr、BOD5、氨氮、TP浓度分别为1980 mg/L、940 mg/L、108.76 mg/L、13.9 mg/L时,系统总去除率分别为96.8%、97.7%、95.2%、81.3%,最终出水水质完全可以达到《肉类加工工业水污染物排放标准》。本工程单位污水直接运行费用合计0.6元/m3。本工艺投资成本小,运行管理简便,完全适用于中国屠宰企业的污水工程。The slaughter wastewater treatment engineering adopted hydrolysis acidification+UASB process as the main process in the anaerobic stage of wastewater treatment,meanwhile the MBR technology was used as the main process of aerobic stage.When the wastewater treatment capacity was 720 m3/d,the influent concentration of CODcr,BOD5,ammonia nitrogen and TP were 1980 mg/L,940 mg/L,108.76 mg/L and 13.9 mg/L,respectively.The total removal rates of the system were 96.8%,97.7%,95.2%,and 81.3%,respectively.The final effluent quality reached the first grade discharge standard of water pollutant discharge standard(GB 13457-92)of meat processing industry.The total direct operation cost of unit wastewater of the project was 0.6 yuan/m3.The combination process is characterized by high intensive degree,stable removal effect,small investment cost,simple operation and management,and can be widely used in the field of slaughterhouse wastewater engineering.
