摘 要:海绵城市从水生态、水环境、水安全以及水资源的角度出发,缓解城市发展带来的环境问题。因此,建设海绵城市成为城市可持续发展的必然方向。青岛市作为我国海绵城市建设的试点城市,其海绵城市项目的实施对于其他地区海绵城市的建设具有参考意义。应用SWMM模型,分析红岛片区海绵城市规划建设实施前后对于水环境指标等的控制效果。模拟结果表明,所采取的低影响开发设施对降雨径流量等水量指标及COD,SS,TN,TP等水质指标均有较好的调控作用。From the point of water ecology,water environment,water security and water resources,sponge city can alleviate the environmental problems caused by urban development.Therefore,the construction of the sponge city has become the inevitable direction of sustainable development.As a experimental city for the construction of the sponge city in China,the project implementation in Qingdao is instructive to the practice in other areas.SWMM model is applied to analysis the control effect of water environment index before and after the sponge city construction planning in Hongdao area.The results indicated that the low impact development facilities have good regulation effect not only on the rainfall runoff and other water parameters,but on COD,SS,TN,TP and other water quality indicators.
