摘　　要：通过既有建筑聚苯板外保温系统与治理质量通病的文献考察,依据国家规范、标准和地标,以延边大学民族文化教育院的女儿墙与外墙面渗漏以及外保温节能改造项目为示范,研究与提出了聚苯板外保温系统各层、防火隔离带的改造设计,聚苯板外保温、防火隔离带、仿大理石饰面等改造施工技术。经工程检测与验收,实现预期改造目标,为新建与既有建筑聚苯板外保温改造设计与施工提供了借鉴。In this paper,based on the literature review of the existing building polystyrene board external insulation system and the treatment of common quality problems,according to the national norms,standards and landmarks,and taking the parapet and external wall leakage of Yanbian University Institute of National Culture and Education and the external insulation energy-saving renovation project as the demonstration,the transformation design of each layer of the polystyrene board external insulation system and the fire insulation belt,the polystyrene board external insulation and fire protection design are studied and put forward Isolation belt,imitation marble facing and other reconstruction construction technology.Through inspection and acceptance,the expected transformation goal is achieved,which provides a reference for the design and construction of new and existing building polystyrene board external insulation transformation.
