摘 要:2020年,住建部印发《住房和城乡建设部工程质量安全监管司2020年工作要点》的通知,明确指出:试点推进BIM审图模式,提高信息化监管能力和审查效率。大力发展BIM技术在工程建设中的应用。BIM技术正越来越为建筑行业人士所熟知。但BIM技术在国内工程中应用得却并不广泛,应用BIM五年以上的设计、施工企业分别仅有30%,17%,而为大众所熟知项目也仅有SOHO、上海迪士尼等寥寥几个。以此为背景基于目前的学术环境、政策环境,技术条件等方面,详细分析了BIM技术在当前推广过程中所面临的问题,进而提出一些相应的对策,以期可以加速推进BIM在业内的推广速度。In 2020,the Ministry of housing and urban rural development issued the notice of“key work points in 2020 of the engineering quality and safety supervision department of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development”,which clearly pointed out that:pilot to promote BIM drawing review mode,improve the ability of information supervision and review efficiency.Vigorously develop the application of BIM technology in engineering construction.BIM technology is becoming more and more familiar to the construction industry.However,BIM technology is not widely used in domestic projects.Only 30%and 17%of the design and construction enterprises have applied BIM for more than five years,and only a few projects are well known to the public,such as SOHO and Shanghai Disneyland.Based on this background,based on the current academic environment,policy environment,technical conditions and other aspects,this paper analyzes in detail the problems faced by BIM technology in the current prom otion process,and then puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,in order to accelerate the promotion speed of BIM in the industry.
