摘  要:组块安装是海洋平台建设中的一个非常关键的环节。大型组块在海洋油气工程中的应用日趋广泛,采用浮托安装法技术成熟。与分块吊装法相比,浮托法安装具有明显的优势,包括大幅度节约船舶资源、安装工期以及海上连接调试工期等。浮托安装法实施工期与采用时现场海况、施工准备情况等诸多因素有关,如何准确把握作业气候窗口,顺利按时完成安装工作,是项目管理的重中之重。以已安装完成并投产的东方13-2CEPB组块为例,对大型组块浮托安装方法和步骤进行研究,并对实施周期进行定量评估,得到一种大型组块浮托安装工期定量评估方法,具有一定的推广意义。Installation of topside modules is a very critical activity in the development of a marine platform.The development option using large integrated topside module is now widely accepted in the offshore oil and gas engineering development,using the matured float-over installation method.The advantages of float-over of integrated module is obvious when compared to the lifting of module components that make up the topside,in terms of major saving in shipping and transportation resources,installation duration and offshore hook-up and commissioning duration.The float-over installation duration is dependent on factors such as sea condition of the installation site and adequate preparation before the installation activity;and making optimum use of the weather window and flawless implementation of the installation scope of work are the critical success factors for project management.Using the example of the installed and producing DF13-2 CEPB topside module,this paper presents the studies on the method and procedures for a large integrated topside float-over installation,and the quantitative evaluation of implementation cycle.The study delivers a quantitative method for evaluating and predicting the implementation duration of float-over of large integrated topside module,which is worthy of promotion for wider use.
