摘 要:为将国外某轻烃回收厂处理规模扩能至283×104 m 3/d(100MMSCFD),同时满足C 3收率≥95%、C 4收率≥98.5%、利用部分己建设备设施的要求,需对该厂原有的油吸收+丙烷预冷+J-T阀节流制冷工艺进行优化。通过轻烃回收DHX工艺对比,选用了一种丙烷制冷+膨胀机制冷+脱乙烷塔顶气冷凝回流的DHX工艺。该工艺实现了脱乙烷塔顶气两步冷却,有效提高了C 3收率。经工艺优化后,轻烃回收厂C 3收率由原来的60.1%提高至95.5%,C 4收率由原来的61.3%提高至99.7%,LPG产量为210 t/d,增产约130 t/d,达到设计值要求,经济效益显著提高。该工艺方案可为类似工程的设计及优化提供参考。A process optimization has been applied on an existing oil absorption,propane pre-cooling and J-T valve throttling refrigeration process to upgrade the capacity of an overseas light hydrocarbon recovery plant to 2.83 million m 3/d(100 MMSCFD),and meet the requirement of C 3 recovery rate≥95%,C 4 recovery rate≥98.5%,while utilizing parts of the equipment and facilities of existing plant.Compared with DHX process for light hydrocarbon recovery,a DHX process with propane refrigeration,expander refrigeration and deethanizer overhead gas condensation and reflux was selected.This process realizes two-step cooling of the overhead gas of the deethanizer,and effectively improves the C 3 recovery rate.After process optimization,the C 3 recovery rate of the light hydrocarbon recovery plant was increased from the 60.1%to 95.5%,C 4 recovery rate was increased from the 61.3%to 99.7%,LPG production rate improved to 210 t/d,with an increase of approximately 130 t/d.The required process design target has been met,and the economic benefits have been significantly improved.The process is a good reference for the design and optimization of similar projects.
