摘 要:生产实践证明,许多被遗弃的井在关井若干年后,地层流体在重力和毛管力的作用下会使得剩余油再富集形成剩余油富集区,因此曾经被关停的井又可以恢复生产,这在中国胜利油田的生产实践中得到了验证。为了探索油水三次运移的富集规律以及富集速度,运用实验并结合数值模拟的分析方法,设计了三组填砂实验,利用实验观测得到了油水三次运移速度约为3 m/a。利用理论分析和数值模拟的方法对实验模型进行模拟,探究了模型不同部位油水三次运移速度和含水饱和度随时间的变化规律。研究发现,地层角度越大,油的黏度越小,油水三次运移效果越好。通过数值模拟发现油藏内部的饱和度场会随时间重新分布,油水三次运移速度最终稳定在3 m/a,通过模型模拟得到的油水三次运移速度与实验观察结果一致,而且通过模拟发现含油饱和度高和含水饱和度高的区域都不利于油水置换,在饱和度相对均衡的区域油水三次运移速度最快。因此在不同的区域条件下油水三次运移的速度会受到多方面的影响。探究结果对不同条件下的油水三次运移速度评价具有参考意义。The production practice has proved that several years after the shut-in of many abandoned wells,the formation fluid under the action of gravity and capillary force will cause the remaining oil to accumulate and form the enrichment region.Thus,the wells once shut down can resume production,which has been verified in the production practice of Shengli oilfield in China.In order to explore the accumulation law and accumulation rate of oil-water in three times of migration,three sets of sand filling experiments were designed in this paper using experiments and numerical simulation.The tertiary migration velocity was found to be about 3 m/a.By theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the experimental model is simulated,and the variation law of oil-water migration velocity and water saturation in different parts of the model with time is explored.It was found that the larger the formation angle,the smaller the oil viscosity,and the better the oil and water migration effect.Through numerical simulation,it is found that the saturation field in the reservoir will be redistributed with time,and the tertiary oil-water migration velocity will be stabilized at 3 m/a.The oil-water migration velocity obtained by model simulation is consistent with the experimental observation results.Moreover,it is found through the simulation that the areas with high oil saturation and high water saturation are not conducive to oil-water displacement.The migration velocity will be the fastest in areas with relatively balanced saturation.Therefore,under different regional conditions,the tertiary migration velocity of oil-water is affected by many factors.The study results provide reference for the evaluation of the tertiary migration velocity of oil and water under different conditions.
