摘 要:以木炭作为造孔剂,采用添加造孔剂法制备了石英质多孔陶瓷,测定了烧结试样的显气孔率、吸水率、力学性能,用X射线衍射(XRD)分析了试样在烧结后的物相组成,用扫描电镜(SEM)观察其形貌。结果表明:随着木炭颗粒的粒径由1 mm增大到2.5 mm,粉体的流动性降低,烧成后孔隙明显分布不均匀;随着木炭颗粒的添加量增加,烧结体的孔隙率随之增加,当木炭颗粒添加量大于35%,烧结体的边缘开始出现孔隙坍塌。综合多孔陶瓷的各项性能,采用木炭颗粒的粒径为1mm作为造孔剂制备出的多孔陶瓷的孔隙分布均匀性最好,且其添加的质量分数不宜超过35%。Quartz porous ceramics were prepared by using charcoal as a porogen.The apparent porosity,water absorption and mechanical properties of the samples were measured;The phase compositions of the samples were observed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and their structure were scanned by electron microscope(SEM).The results show that with the increase of charcoal particle size from 1 mm to 2.5 mm,the fluidity of the powder decreased,and the pores on sintered samples were obviously unevenly distributed.With the increase of charcoal,the porosity of the samples increased.When more than 35%of the charcoal was added,the pores along the edge of the sintered samples began to collapse.Considering the properties of porous ceramics,the porous ceramics prepared by 1 mm charcoals as porogen have the best uniformity of pore distribution and their added mass fraction should not exceed 35%.
