摘  要:为了更好地对SBS改性沥青荧光显微图像进行量化分析,采用2种SBS改性剂对70#道路石油沥青进行改性处理,并对6种掺量、4个剪切时间条件下制备的SBS改性沥青进行了荧光形态图像采集和宏观性能测试。首先确定了合理的观测样本制备过程、图像分析参数,以及合适的荧光显微图像采集、处理方法;然后研究了SBS改性剂的类型、掺量及试样制备的剪切时间对改性沥青荧光形态及其显微图像参数的影响,并通过回归分析建立了显微图像参数和宏观性能的关系模型。结果表明:观测样本制备过程、荧光显微图像采集与处理方法对SBS改性沥青荧光显微形态具有较大影响;星型SBS改性剂在沥青中呈现出更加完整、复杂的网络结构;增大SBS掺量、延长剪切时间,可显著改善SBS改性剂的分散性和网络结构;回归分析结果表明,特定的显微形态参数可以较好地对软化点、黏度和复数模量等宏观性能进行预测,可为从微观角度量化评价SBS改性沥青提供参考。In order to better conduct the quantitative analysis of fluorescence micrograph of SBS modified asphalt,two kinds of SBS polymers were used to modify 70#petroleum asphalt binder.The macro performances were tested and fluorescence micrograph were captured under four shearing time points and six different dosages.Firstly,the appropriate preparation process of observation samples,the image analysis parameters and the appropriate collection,processing methods of the fluorescence micrographs were determined.Then,the effects of type of SBS,dosage of SBS and shearing time in the preparation of the samples on the morphologies and micrograph parameters of modified asphalts were studied.And the relationship models between the macro performances and micrograph parameters were established by regression analysis.The results show that the preparation process of observation samples,the collection and processing methods of the fluorescence micrographs have great influences on the fluorescent micro morphologies of SBS modified asphalt.The star-shaped SBS polymer presents a more complete and complex network structure in asphalt binder.The dispersions and network structures of SBS modifiers can be significantly improved by increasing the SBS content and extending the shearing time.The results of regression analysis show that some certain microstructure parameters can be used to predict the macro properties such as softening point,viscosity and the complex modulus,and it can be used as a reference to the quantitative evaluation of SBS modified asphalt from the micrograph perspective.
