摘 要:为提升双采样光学电流互感器(optical current transformer,OCT)双重化配置系统的经济性和可靠性,建立OCT的可靠性模型,依据军用标准GJB/Z 299C—2006《电子设备可靠性预计手册》,结合部分元器件试验数据,采用元器件计数法和应力分析法对OCT进行可靠性预计,分析比较采用双套独立方案和单套双采样方案构成的双重化配置系统的可靠性指标和经济性指标,获得OCT的设备失效率和平均寿命,以及不同双重化配置系统的失效率和可靠度等指标。分析结果表明:与双套独立方案相比,单套双采样方案以小幅降低可靠性的代价,大幅降低了系统应用成本,显著提高了OCT的工程适用性,有利于OCT产品的工程推广和应用。In order to improve the economy and reliability of the double configuration system of dual sampling optical current transformer,the reliability model of optical current transformer(OCT)was established.According to the military standard GJB/Z 299C-2006,combined with the test data of some components,the reliability of OCT was estimated by the component counting method and stress analysis method.The reliability indexes and economy indexes of two double configuration systems were respectively analyzed and compared by adopting two independent sets and one single set with double sampling circuits,and the reliability indexes such as the average service life,the equipment failure rate of OCT and the system failure rate,reliability of different double configuration were obtained.The analysis results show that the cost of OCT is greatly reduced by slightly reducing the reliability,which could improve the engineering applicability of optical current transformers,and which is helpful for the engineering application of optical current transformers.
