摘　　要：目的了解老年乳腺癌患者围术期的信息需求特点。方法采用多伦多乳腺癌信息需求问卷,对144例老年(老年组)及118例非老年(非老年组)即将接受手术的乳腺癌患者进行调查。结果老年组信息需求总分(201.74±28.83)分,与非老年组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);老年患者关注的信息需求内容主要体现在癌症复发征象、伤口护理、治疗不良反应的应对及身体其他部位是否会有癌细胞等治疗或疾病维度信息,其中老年患者对伤口护理及治疗不良反应的重视程度远远高于非老年组(均P<0.05),而对检验检查信息、社会心理相关信息需求显著低于非老年患者,尤其体现在寻求社会帮助或支持、检查意义及结果解释、疾病发生发展及相关医学名词等方面。结论老年乳腺癌患者围术期信息需求水平较高,较为关注辅助治疗及自我护理等信息,对疾病形成、检验检查等专业信息需求相对偏低。需根据其特点调整围术期信息支持方案,提高老年乳腺癌患者疾病适应性,减轻围术期负性心理情绪。Objective To understand the characteristics of perioperative information needs among elderly breast cancer patients.Methods With the use of the Toronto Information Needs Questionnaire for Breast Cancer,information needs of 144 elderly and 118 non-elderly breast cancer patients about to receive surgery were investigated.Results The total score of the elderly patients averaged(201.74±28.83)points,which had no significant difference with that of the non-elderly group(P>0.05).Apropos of the content of the needs,the elderly patients focused on cancer recurrence signs,wound care,management of therapy-related side effects and tumor metastasis,which belong to the dimension of treatment or disease.Among others,the elderly patients had significantly higher needs scores in wound care,management of therapy-related side effects dimensions than non-elderly counterparts(P<0.05 for all).The former had significantly lower needs scores in lab tests information,and sociopsychological information dimensions,especially in such items as"seeking help or social support","interpretation of lab tests or other diagnostic tests","the emergence and development of the disease","medical terms",etc.Conclusion Elderly patients with breast cancer have a high level of perioperative information needs.They are interested with the information of adjuvant treatment and self-care,while their needs for such professional information as disease emergence,lab tests or other diagnostic tests,etc.,are relatively low.It is necessary to adjust the perioperative information support plan according to the characteristics of elderly breast cancer patients'needs,in order to improve their adaption to the disease and reduce negative psychological emotion during perioperative period.
