摘　　要：在《生物化学与生化药品》教学实践中,普遍认为难教和难学,尤其是生化反应机理。为此,结合我校教学特点、生源情况和教学实践,实施在线开放课堂与现代化信息技术相融合教学实践,发挥新型信息化教育模式的特殊优势,在教学实践中对“重点-难点-疑点-考点-要点”实施微视频在线开放课堂,使之成为职业教育信息化教学改革新方向上的成功探索与转折,以提高我国的基础教育乃至高等教育与信息技术的融合率,为理论与实践教学的质量控制提供参考,为促进因材施教与现代信息技术的快速融合提供依据。通过在线网络测评,反馈评价教学效果显著,多样化的传统教学手段与现代化技术融合,将会相得益彰,成为新时代教学革新的发展趋势。It is generally believed that it is difficult to teach and learn,especially the biochemical reaction mechanism in the teaching practice of biochemistry and biochemical drugs.Combining with the teaching characteristics,student resources and teaching practice of our school,we implement the teaching practice of integrating online open classroom with modern information technology,make use of the new information-based education mode,and implement the micro-video online open classroom for the keys,difficulties,doubts,test points and key points in the teaching practice,so as to make it a success in the new direction of vocational education information-based teaching reform.The purpose of this research is to improve the integration rate of basic education,higher education and information technology,to provide reference for the quality control of theory and practice teaching,and to promote the rapid integration of individualized teaching and modern information technology.It is significant of feedback evaluation teaching effect through online network evaluation.The integration of diversified traditional teaching methods and modern technology will complement each other and become the development trend of teaching innovation in the new era.
