摘 要:采用自蔓延高温合成法制备高纯Ti 2AlC粉体材料,以CuSO 4·5H 2O为Cu源在Ti 2AlC粉体表面进行化学镀,并将镀铜后的陶瓷颗粒与Al粉进行混合,采用热压烧结法制备了Ti 2AlC陶瓷弥散增强Al基材料。结果表明,Ti 2AlC具有自催化效应,无需进行任何表面预处理,即可得到均匀稳定的纳米Cu镀层,增强相颗粒对金属基体起到了有效的钉扎作用;制备的Cu包覆Ti 2AlC陶瓷弥散增强Al基材料主相为Al、Ti 2AlC、Al 2Cu。Al 2Cu的存在可以很好地桥连Al基体与Ti 2AlC陶瓷颗粒,引入Cu镀层后复合材料的抗剪切性能提高了65.7%。High purity Ti 2AlC powder was prepared by self-propagating high temperature method.The Cu coated Ti 2AlC powder was synthesized by electroless plating method,and Cu source was provided by CuSO 4·5H 2O.After electroless plating copper,ceramic particles were mixed with Al powder.Ti 2AlC ceramic reinforced Al matrix materials were fabricated by hot-pressing sintering.The results show that Ti2AlC has autocatalytic effect,uniform and stable nano Cu coating can be obtained without any surface pretreatment.The reinforcement phase plays an effective role in binding Al matrix.According to X-ray diffraction analysis,the main phases of Cu-coated Ti 2AlC ceramic reinforced Al matrix materials were Al,Ti 2AlC and Al 2Cu.The Al 2Cu can bridge Al matrix and Ti 2AlC ceramic.After the Cu coating was introduced,the shear resistance of the compo-sites was improved by 65.7%.
