摘 要:以三维五向结构编织M40J碳纤维预制体为增强体,ZL301为基体合金,采用真空压力浸渗法制备三维五向C f/Al复合材料,研究了三维五向C f/Al复合材料微观组织特征和相组成,分析了轴向弯曲变形力学行为及其弯曲破坏处的宏观形貌。结果表明:轴向纤维分布均匀,编织纱存在少量浸渗缺陷,界面存在脆性Al 4C 3相,均是影响弯曲力学性能的关键。复合材料轴向弯曲变形力学行为均呈现出显著的非线性特征,复合材料的室温、350℃和400℃变形过程均可划分为弹性变形阶段、弹塑性变形阶段和塑性断裂阶段。Three-dimensional five-dimensional braided M40J carbon fiber preform was used as reinforcement and ZL301 as matrix alloy.Three-dimensional five-dimensional C f/Al composites were fabricated by vacuum pressure infiltration.The microstructure and phase composition of three-dimensional five-dimensional C f/Al composites were studied.The mechanical behavior of axial bending deformation and the macro-morphology of bending failure were analyzed.The results show that the axial distribution of fibers is uniform and there is a small amount of infiltration defects in the braided yarns.The brittle Al 4C 3 phase exists at the interface,which is the key to the bending mechanical properties.The mechanical behavior of composites under axial bending deformation presents remarkable non-linear characteristics.The deformation process of composites at room temperature,350℃and 400℃can be divided into three stages:elastic deformation stage,elastic-plastic deformation stage and plastic fracture stage.
